higher degree or volatility than usually associated with cash only
accounts.

WHAT IS
THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN DAAT DYNAMIC ASSETS AND A HEDGE FUND?
DAAT Dynamic Assets, (DDA) has a goal to compete with “hedge funds”
or similarly managed equity accounts. However, hedge funds charge
high fees, often have minimum holding periods, and the managers
often take significant portions of investor profits. They also often
employ highly leveraged strategies and derivatives DAAT Dynamic
Assets strives to achieve similar or better total returns, without
these constraints or negative attributes. DDA has no minimum holding
period, you can cancel our service agreement anytime. There is no
profit participation by the manager. Management fees are accrued
only on balances in the account and only for the time under
management. There is no penalty or cancellation fee for “early
withdrawal.” Click

IS THERE A
MINIMUM INVESTMENT PERIOD FOR DAAT DYNAMIC ASSETS (DDA)?
No, you can choose to cancel our service on written notice at any
time. We will liquidate your positions and put funds into money
market at any point. There is no cancellation fee or penalty. We
will pro-rate any unearned fees as well.

WHAT IS A
REGISTERED INVESTMENT ADVISOR (RIA) AND HOW DOES THIS DIFFER FROM A
BROKER?
DAAT Asset Management has an RIA designation in the state of
California. An RIA has to be licensed in the state in which it does
business. Oversight of activities is regulated and the Form ADV,
which is filed with the state, is required to be current and
available to all clients of the advisor. An Important distinction
between an RIA and a traditional broker is that an RIA does not
benefit from any commissions charged to your account. The sole
compensation that the RIA receives is its fee. In the case of DAAT
Asset Management, our incentive is to increase the total asset value
of your account because our fee is based upon that value.
