In 1980, Mr. Robin began working in the financial services industry where he was a Vice-President, Financial Consultant at major wire houses, Shearson Lehman Brothers, EF Hutton and Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. During this period, he became proficient in all operational and management aspects of brokerage offices. Since 1999, Mr. Robin has operated independently with several broker-dealers, most recently, Synergy Investment Group, from 2001 to 2006. During Mr. Robin’s over 20 years experience in the financial services industry, he has gained an excellent understanding of the securities markets and the factors that affect them. Mr. Robin began DAAT Asset Management in 2006 in order to offer his portfolio management skills and techniques to a wide range of clients.

Mr. Robin studied Economics and Political Science at Claremont Men’s College, and then later, at UCLA, he studied English.

Benedict comes to DAAT Asset Management with more than 15 years of sales, operations and management experience in the financial services industry. He was a highly successful Vice President and Branch Manager at Charles Schwab, overseeing several multi-billion dollar branch locations in Southern California. This is where he gained a passion for helping investors protect and build wealth with objectivity and without the conflict of interest prevalent in the industry. Benedict’s other experience includes serving as the Greater Los Angeles Regional Vice President of one of Southern California’s most successful Investment & Loans. With a degree in finance from California State University Fullerton, Benedict has an in-depth knowledge of the macroeconomic conditions affecting the markets and a strong understanding of corporate valuations.

Mr. Liu started with DAAT Asset Management in late 2009. He is responsible for all back-office operations and assisting with portfolio management/trading for DAAT Asset Management. He brings a wealth of experience, having worked at various institutional money managers. Prior to joining DAAT Asset Management, Mr. Liu was a Trader with Guggenheim Partners Asset Management where he oversaw all aspects of equity and equity derivatives trading. Mr. Liu’s other career experiences include: Assistant Vice President of Investments at Global Access Investment Advisor, Operations Specialist at Caxton Associates, Senior Investment Associate/Assistant Trader at New York Life Investment Management, and Fixed Income Research Assistant at Bloomberg, L.P. Mr. Liu earned a B.S. in Finance and Business Management from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
